Estimator - Civils Contractor – Teesside

Lemon Drizzle Recruitment is supporting a well-established and rapidly growing Civils Contractor in Teesside to recruit an experienced Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward‑thinking business where you’ll manage a wide range of tender enquiries, predominantly from an existing small works framework. The role is fast‑paced, varied and offers genuine career progression.

Role Responsibilities

• Completing take‑offs
• Preparing bills of quantities
• Producing accurate cost estimates using Estimate software
• Gathering and analysing subcontractor quotations
• Liaising with internal departments, stakeholders and clients

About You

• Previous experience in civils or main contracting
• Experience working on frameworks and a strong understanding of rates
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good supply chain relationships across the North East (advantageous, not essential)

Our client is open to applicants from Assistant, Intermediate and Senior levels.
