A well-established roofing specialist in Exeter is seeking an Estimator or QS with estimating experience to join their expanding commercial team. They deliver a mix of pitched roofing, flat roofing and bespoke metalwork projects across the South West - values typically £10k-£1.2m.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Produce tenders, estimates and cost plans
• Analyse drawings, specifications and site info for accurate measurement
• Prepare supplier enquiries and negotiate competitive pricing
• Assist with valuations, variations and cost control during delivery
• Work collaboratively with project and senior management teams
• Maintain organised pricing records and tender documentation

• Estimating or Quantity Surveying experience within construction
• Roofing background beneficial but not essential
