As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Technical Estimator to join our technical estimating team, covering the London - Birmingham regions.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role focused on asset data collection, technical assessment, and producing cost‑effective and accurate quotations for building services.

You will assist the Commercial Solutions Director and estimating team in creating accurate, competitive pricing for building services contracts with a technical background in HVAC and MEP systems, supporting both bids and operations with technical insight and solutions.

The role includes asset verification and tagging for cost alignment and requires frequent travel across the UK.

The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of accurate, competitive and commercially viable bids and cost plans from start to finish for a wide variety of engineering and Hard service projects.
