Job Title: Estates Manager (City of Londono)

Location: London

Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE + benefits

The Role

We're looking for an Estates Manager with strong FM and property management experience to oversee a high-profile London estate. You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, service charge budgets, and contractor management, ensuring the estate is safe, compliant, and running to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
  • Lead FM service delivery (hard & soft) across the estate portfolio.
  • Manage multi-million-pound service charge budgets, driving cost efficiency and value.
  • Ensure full health & safety compliance, risk management, and statutory obligations.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with landlords, occupiers, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Deliver lifecycle and asset management strategies, ensuring long-term estate performance.
  • Oversee tendering, contracts, and supplier SLAs/KPIs.
  • Drive sustainability, ESG, and community engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience running an estate/portfolio in a property management/FM environment.
  • Solid background in budgeting, service charges, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and manage contractors.
Qualifications (desirable)
  • IOSH/NEBOSH
  • IWFM Level 4+
  • RICS accreditation or related property qualification
  • Excellent communicator, able to operate at both occupier and board level.
