We have an opportunity for an Estate Technician to join our Estates Services division in Castleton Close, Leeds. This role mainly consists of lone working, however will occasionally be working in a team of two. Estate Technicians are responsible for clearing fly tipping, site cleaning, gutter clearing (using a sky vac) and other areas of Grounds Maintenance, to ensure all sites are kept clean and tidy and any works carried out are to a high standard and to site specification.
