Job description

Overview

Estate Technician required to work as soon as possible with a housing association. This hands-on role will be supporting the maintenance of void properties ensuring they are safe, clean and well presented for new residents.

Contract type: Agency until the end of December 2025

Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30

Location: Based in Swindon, SN25

Pay rate: £14.10

Responsibilities

• Clearing void properties.
• Ensuring the property is left in a clean and tidy manner, removing any contents left behind by previous tenants in an appropriate manner.
• Basic garden and grounds maintenance such as mowing lawns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Full UK driving licence
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Be comfortable working outdoors in adverse weather conditions
• Basic DIY skills or building maintenance experience
