The Estate Services Coordinator (PO1) plays a critical role in the management and administration of estate services, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks ranging from the organization of estate documentation to the coordination of communication with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, managing various projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. As an Estate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing estate planning processes, assisting with the preparation of estate-related documents, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will also work closely with other team members to facilitate meetings, gather essential information, and maintain detailed records. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as you will often be the first point of contact for family members and other involved parties, requiring a sensitive and professional approach.
