Based in Welshpool, you will be joining a dynamic earthmoving & contract mining company. As a result of our industry wide reputation, we are growing and have a rare opportunity to join our friendly team.

About the Role

As the ERP Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of our ERP system. You will work closely with stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, and vendors to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementation project and associated systems, from planning and design to go-live and post implementation support.
• Support the end-to-end design implementation of the Coupa and Pronto Xi ERP system, including requirements gathering, system design, testing and deployment.
• Drive change management activities including stakeholder engagement, training plans, user support and communication strategies.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and change management initiatives.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and support resolution.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to executives and stakeholders.

About You

• Significant experience delivering ERP solutions and with a strong preference for Pronto Xi experience
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering large-scale IT or systems projects.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent significant professional experience.
• Solid understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, HR, or operations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes under tight deadlines.
