Overview

We are seeking an experienced Equine Veterinary Receptionist / Administrator to join the team at Scott Dunn's Equine Clinic!

Location: Wokingham

Contract: Permanent

Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, ideally with the flexibility to cover absence and annual leave when possible

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional, efficient administrator, with first class customer service skills, as you will be liaising with clients in sometimes emotional circumstances.

What we are looking for
  • Extensive knowledge of horses, either working with or owning a horse recently.
  • Several years of working in an office and thriving in a busy and challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to change and multi-task.
  • Detail driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident telephone manner, and experience of using various IT systems (full training is given).
  • A positive ‘can do' attitude is essential.
