Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive ERP Engineer/Programmer to join our team and support the enhancement, customization and daily operation of our ERP system. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to improve efficiency, automate workflows and strengthen data accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide technical and business support for ERP users.
• Develop and enhance ERP customizations, workflows, scripts, and reports.
• Integrate ERP with labeling systems and API-driven software (e.g., label printers, automation tools).
• Monitor system performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and process flow diagrams.
• Support stock take, WIP valuation and inventory accuracy improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to automate workflows and streamline production processes.
• Assist in system integrations and ad-hoc IT/ERP projects.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years ERP support experience (SYSPRO preferred)
• Candidate with experience in Programming, ERP or SAP implementation will be an advantage (VBScript / C# / SQL).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and possess a good working attitude.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and well organized with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting/changing priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
