At the CWA, we're on a mission to power millions of homes with clean, reliable electricity through the ambitious Sizewell C project. We're seeking a dedicated Environment & Sustainability Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the project\'s environmental and sustainability standards are not just met, but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the project\'s Environmental and Sustainability strategy.
• Advise project team members at all levels, providing leadership in sustainability risk management.
• Support and coach Environmental and Sustainability advisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct inspections and audits, utilizing data to drive sustainability action plans.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and share best practices.

What We\'re Looking For

• Proven experience in the infrastructure industry within environmental and/or sustainability roles.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams.
• A relevant degree and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of influencing positive change.
• Experience in implementing ISO14001 standards.

Desirable Qualifications

• Chartered environmental professional status and ecological survey experience.
• Knowledge of Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs).
