Job summary

A technology services provider in Catterick Garrison is seeking an IT field engineer to install and resolve IT equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT, a valid driving license, and a flexible approach to traveling.   • The role of an IT field engineer is field based and will often require you to travel to various sites, so it is imperative you have a valid driving licence, have your own vehicle and have a flexible approach towards traveling to a variety of locations.
  • Practical skills such as DIY experience would be highly beneficial
  • Ex-Military desirable
Main Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineers
  • Attending customer sites to install/ resolve IT equipment
  • Working closely with the IT support desk to feedback on support calls and ongoing issues
  • Liaising with account managers and updating customers with the progress and resolution of issues
