Job summary

A technology services provider in Catterick Garrison is seeking an IT field engineer to install and resolve IT equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT, a valid driving license, and a flexible approach to traveling. Main Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineers

• Attending customer sites to install/ resolve IT equipment

• Liaising with account managers and updating customers with the progress and resolution of issues
