Job summary

A leading SaaS company in Greater London is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join their growing team. As a Solution Architect, you will integrate the company's platform into enterprise environments, working closely with Sales, Partners, and Customer Success. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge, collaboration with product teams, and strong customer-facing skills. A minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS and familiarity with APIs, web standards, and integration tools is essential. The position supports hybrid work, requiring office attendance three days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally as a solution architect or in a technical consulting role.
• Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, plus web standards and identity management.
• Experience with integration tools like Make.com or Zapier is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions to integrate monday.com into clients' systems.
• Support sales through requirement gathering and solution design.
• Lead customer consulting engagements focusing on data migration and integrations.
