The company offers a competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000, with uncapped OTE of over £120,000 and a supportive work environment. We are an award-winning eCommerce software company, helping retailers and brands grow through innovative technology. We’re expanding fast and looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise division and drive new business at a strategic level.
This is a senior role within our sales leadership team. You’ll manage Enterprise Business Development Managers, work closely with our Commercial Director, and be responsible for delivering on both your own personal sales target and the overall team target.
The role is primarily field-based, meeting clients across the UK and attending key industry events. When not on the road, we prefer candidates who are within commuting distance of our Newcastle office.
You’ll be expected to lead from the front, shaping sales strategy, building relationships with enterprise-level clients, and delivering tailored eCommerce solutions that make a measurable impact.
