About You: You were looking for someone with: Significant senior‑level experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or platform development.

Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Dataverse, .NET, and Azure cloud infrastructure and their application at scale.

A strong track record of leading large‑scale digital transformation and modernisation initiatives using these technologies.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

The ability to balance technical innovation with sustainability, clinical safety, and value.
