Job description

We’re reinventing payments.

In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in‑person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.

But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role

Are you a driven and results‑oriented sales professional with a passion for enterprise solutions? Dojo, a rapidly growing fintech company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our enterprise business – focused on our largest, most complex customers. We are looking for creative sellers who want to play a role in shaping the future of our sales function. If you thrive in a customer‑focused, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.

What you will do

You will be responsible for the full new business acquisition cycle, turning enterprise prospects into happy Dojo customers. This is a strategic, value‑based selling role, focused on showing prospective customers how Dojo can help them achieve their business goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and pursue strategic enterprise accounts, developing and executing effective pipeline generation and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers at target organisations to promote Dojo’s solutions and secure great commercial outcomes.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, emerging trends, competitor activities and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with many departments across Dojo, including Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Account Management, Risk, Finance and Legal.
  • Contribute to optimising sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
What you will bring
  • 10+ years’ proven sales experience, preferably selling complex payments or technology solutions to enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven expertise in the articulation of technology‑based solutions to business problems, ideally with deep industry knowledge and contacts in hospitality, retail, healthcare, leisure & entertainment or healthcare in the UK.
  • A passion for contributing to high‑performing sales teams.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic account planning and execution.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic sales environment.
Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in‑person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office‑first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch‑up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:
  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer‑obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
