Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining full ownership of renewals and commercial growth.

Proven track record of driving expansion and renewals in enterprise SaaS sales (HR Tech, Talent Intelligence, or workforce solutions preferred).
Comfortable managing a $2.5M–$3M book of business and delivering $K+ in net-new expansion ARR annually.
Skilled in consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales with strong executive presence and commercial acumen.
Experienced building and managing C‑suite relationships, particularly within HR and Talent functions.
