Job description
Overview

Are you passionate about empowering young people and making a lasting impact behind the scenes?

We are seeking two committed and compassionate Enrichment Youth Workers to deliver our Respect & Rise programme, an innovative, trauma-informed intervention supporting young people aged 11-16 across Telford and Wrekin. This is a unique opportunity to work intensively with young people at risk of exclusion, harm, or disengagement, helping them build resilience, confidence, and positive futures.

As part of this role, you will also work alongside members of the Alternative Provision Specialist Taskforce (APST) to deliver coordinated, multi-agency approaches to identifying young people's needs and providing appropriate support.
