Rates of Pay - Enhanced Access (Evenings and Weekends)
Receptionist - £15.00 plus 12.07% annual leave allowance
Rates of Pay - In Hours (Between 8.00am - 6.00pm)
Receptionist - £12.50 plus 12.07% annual leave allowance
To ensure the front of house service of meeting and greetingis welcoming and portrays our standards of high quality, professional andpatient-focused care.
To deal with patients, visitors and colleagues in acourteous manner, using your skills to ensure general queries are dealt withefficiently.
To ensure a high focus on customer satisfaction by dealingwith queries in a speedy and accurate manner whilst being sensitive to theneeds of the patients or the situation.
To work to protocols in relation to duties required of therole
To provide chaperoning service where requested by theclinician and/or patient.
To ensure patient confidentiality, including the use of thecomputer system and visibility of the screen as well as the transfer of writtenand verbal communication.
Heartbeat Primary Care Community Interest Company is the GP Federation for the three Primary Care Networks (PCNs) of Hambleton (North & South) and Richmondshire. Our shareholders are the GP Practices in these localities.
Heartbeat's mission is to improve health and care by supporting the communities we serve with innovative quality services. As well as providing support and opportunities for at-scale working to our member practices and PCNs, we are a healthcare provider delivering a range of General Practice services from multiple locations across the area, including for patients of our own list at Harewood Medical Practice.
We deliver various clinical services during the week, on evenings and weekends to patients in various locations across Hambleton, Richmondshire.
Job responsibilities
The Enhanced Access service operates on behalf of Hambleton and Richmondshire PCNs and is delivered from a number of local General Practices and hospital.
The role is to cover a variety of shifts which are convenient to you. We offer in hours shifts (14.00-18.00hrs), and shifts on an evening (18.30 - 20.00hrs) and weekends (Sat 09.00-17.00hrs & Sun 09.00-13.00hrs).
We have many clinical services which require the expertise of a Receptionist to complete the service delivery team.
