Job description

Are you a qualified English Teacher looking for a new challenge?

I am currently recruiting bank staff to work in Secondary Schools across the West Midlands. This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to gain further experience working in schools or have the flexibility of supply teaching. The roles can be ad hoc day-to-day, short-term, or long-term, allowing you to work across several schools, with longer-term opportunities available for those who perform well.

Over the years, I have built strong relationships with numerous schools in the region. Many candidates I have placed have had the opportunity to secure permanent positions at these schools.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you would be considered a vital part of the team, with responsibilities including:

  • Managing class behaviour
  • Planning lessons as required
  • Completing any necessary marking
  • Being flexible and adaptable
  • Following the school’s policies, including behaviour management
  • Showing initiative
  • Collaborating with other staff members

This role offers a fantastic chance to develop your skills in positive environments and build upon or gain new experience. We offer competitive pay rates and a supportive consultant available 24/7 to assist you.

I am eager to connect with qualified teachers (with QTS) seeking a new or different challenge in education. If this opportunity interests you, please apply, and I will be in touch.
