The Role

Teach English across KS3KS5 with a balance of creative analytic and critical skills

Develop resources to support textual analysis comparative study and extended writing

Provide detailed marking feedback and progress assessments

Support extracurricular activities such as drama debating and reading initiatives

Work collaboratively on curriculum planning moderation and departmental development
