• Proven leadership experience within power generation, hire, or similar engineering environments.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and influence teams.
• Track record of managing multi‑site engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee power engineering operations ensuring safety and performance.
• Lead engineering standards across multiple depots and support teams.
• Drive repair and maintenance programmes for generators and battery units.
• Manage compliance and process improvements related to operations.
