As an Engineering Manager (Mobile), you'll lead and grow mobile development teams building outstanding native iOS and/or Android apps used by millions. You'll bring deep experience in mobile development and a passion for driving high-quality, user-centric product experiences. You'll support and empower engineers to solve complex problems, champion technical excellence, and continuously improve how we deliver value through our mobile platforms.
You'll play a key role in scaling our mobile capabilities while contributing to a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.

Some of the great things you'll do:
Drive Mobile Engineering Excellence
• Guide mobile teams in building scalable, performant native iOS and/or Android applications.
• Partner with Staff Engineers to ensure architecture and tech decisions align with business goals.
• Stay informed on mobile development trends, tooling, and best practices.
Lead People & Foster Growth
• Support the career development of mobile engineers through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
• Develop, attract, and retain high-performing talent in mobile engineering.
• Champion a culture of learning, accountability, and ownership within your teams.
Operational Efficiency and Engineering Excellence
• Use metrics and data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure delivery aligns with the mobile roadmap and company strategy while maintaining our engineering standards.
• Promote and champion adoption of AI tooling and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce toil.
Engage Stakeholders & Drive Alignment
• Work closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.
• Communicate technical goals and updates to stakeholders across the business.
Maintain High Operational Standards
• Take ownership of mobile platform reliability and operational excellence.
• Manage incident resolution and escalation processes related to mobile products.

What we'd like to see from you:
• Hands-on experience in mobile development (iOS and/or Android).
• Strong understanding of mobile engineering best practices, performance tuning, and platform guidelines.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or managing delivery in an agile environment.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in using data and metrics to improve team and product performance.
• Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
