Overview

Salary £52,000-£55,000

Engineering Manager in Holbrook • Full time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Lead, advise and support the professional team of engineers at Holbrook depot as they maintain and repair our modern fleet of buses.
• Take ownership of your resources, stocks and people to ensure buses are presented and maintained to high standards.
• Enjoy the variety of a role which spans inventory, recruiting, training, health & safety and more.
• Develop your own skills and talent with training and support provided in whichever areas you want to focus on.
• Progress even further with guidance from our experienced Engineering Director to take your career onto the next step.

Requirements

• Have experience in a similar role in the bus or similar industry. You don’t need to be an Engineering Manager already, but it won’t put us off if you are.
• Be able to show evidence of how you’ve managed teams before, irrespective of their size. This doesn’t mean you need to be a manager already.
