The Team

When it comes to making low-cost travel easy, safe and reliable, there is no team more crucial than Engineering & Maintenance. This 800-strong community keeps our A320 and A320neo fleet performing at industry-leading technical reliability standards. The team is diverse, collaborative and united by the Orange Spirit – supporting each other, sharing expertise, and taking pride in delivering safe and efficient operations every day.

The Role

Our Graduate Engineering & Maintenance Programme is designed to fast-track your career in one of the most exciting engineering environments in Europe.

You’ll begin with a three-week induction, giving you an immersive introduction to our culture, values and the heart of our operation. After that, you’ll rotate across core engineering functions over two years, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to vital, business‑critical projects.

Your placements may include but aren’t limited to:

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Fleet Technical Management
  • Maintenance Operations Control
  • Logistics
  • Base and Line Maintenance
  • Powerplant

The programme also offers international exposure across our European network, working with teams in locations such as France, Italy, Germany, Portugal or Switzerland. Throughout, you’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor, access to industry-leading training, and a network of specialists who will help shape your development.

Practicalities

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
