Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering and facilities activities on site.
• Deliver effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Oversee contractors and manage health, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Manage budgets and ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Provide technical support and training to the engineering team.

Skills

Proven experience as an Engineering or Maintenance Manager / Supervisor

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

Education

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline
