• Conduct energy assessments and provide recommendations for improving energy efficiency in buildings.
• Utilize TM 52 and TM 54 methodologies to evaluate thermal comfort and energy performance.
• Ensure compliance with Part L and Part O of building regulations.
• Utilize IES software for dynamic thermal simulation and building performance analysis.
• Perform SAP calculations for residential buildings to ensure energy compliance.
• Generate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and advise on energy performance improvements.
• Implement NABERS UK assessments for office buildings to benchmark energy performance.

Skills and Qualifications
