Job summary

Qualifications

• Literate and numerate (Read & Write).
• Experience of working within a hospital environment.
• Knowledge of surgical instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Reprocess reusable medical devices under supervision.
• Operate washer disinfectors, AER washers, and Sterilisers.
• Maintain accurate records involved in production.

Skills

Knowledge of surgical instrumentation/flexible endoscopes

Experience of decontamination

Ability to work under pressure

High standard of cleanliness

Education

Equivalent to GCSE in English and Maths
