Supply Chain Leader (12‑Month Contract – Inside IR35)

Salary: £45 per hour (to umbrella), 37.5 hrs per week; Hybrid (2–3 days per week in Hook). The role guides planning activity across the UK and Ireland, ensuring strong product availability and aligned forward outlooks across commercial and operational teams.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee planning and market‑supply activity across the UK/Ireland region.
  • Align forecasts and priorities with commercial, operations, finance and quality teams.
  • Identify stock risks early and bring the right stakeholders together to resolve issues.
  • Support product launches with aligned outlooks and early performance tracking.
  • Improve planning processes and provide guidance to local teams.
  • Support manufacturing and associated products, contributing to the technical strategic vision and roadmap within the manufacturing product group or series of related products to ensure the technology ecosystem supports the needs of the product teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a planning or supply‑chain role within pharma, consumer goods or a similar industry.
  • Ability to work across functions and influence without authority.
  • Strength in interpreting data, spotting trends and shaping recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with planning systems (SAP or similar).
