Job description

We’re looking for our next Empty Homes Supervisor to lead and support our team working on empty homes.

You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of our operatives, motivating them in their work and supporting them to solve problems and make decisions that meet our quality standards.

You’ll carry out pre and post inspections of empty properties and work closely with our Planning team to make sure operatives’ time is used effectively.

This will help us meet our key performance targets and keep homes moving through the process.

When you join Alliance, you’ll have access to a wide range of training opportunities, including training in non‑licensed asbestos removal.

We have homes across North Somerset and Bristol.

You’ll usually be based in a specific area, but occasionally you may be asked to support another area with prior notice.

Our team is friendly, skilled and proactive.

They carry out repairs and maintenance efficiently, while always looking for opportunities to go the extra mile for our customers.

We also encourage learning and development, offering upskilling opportunities alongside an enhanced pension scheme and paid sickness entitlement.

About You You’ll be a qualified tradesperson with experience delivering work on time and to a high standard.

You will have previous experience in managing, or ‘acting up’ into a supervisory role, or you may be a mentor to those on your team.

You’ll hold a CSCS card and an Asbestos Awareness qualification.

A company van is provided, so a full driving licence is required.
