We’re looking for a passionate, resilient and motivated Support Worker to help people move successfully from custody into the community — breaking down barriers, building confidence and opening doors to employment and independence.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing a caseload of participants with complex needs — from custody through release and beyond
  • Delivering through-the-gate support, ensuring continuity between prison and community
  • Supporting individuals into training, education and sustainable employment
  • Building strong relationships with prisons, employers and community partners
  • Recording progress accurately and confidently across case management systems
  • Playing an active role in community hubs and partner-led delivery
Who We’re Looking For

  • Have experience supporting people with complex needs or challenging behaviours

  • Can work independently across multiple locations

What You’ll Need
  • Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office & databases)
  • Experience working to targets and supporting progression
  • Enhanced DBS and Prison Vetting (required)
  • Access to your own transport
  • (IAG Level 3 or Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential)
