Employment Solicitor - Remote Working

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate with 3 years'+ PQE to join a leading international firm.

You will be part of a newly formed team working for one of the UK's most iconic aviation brands. The role involves working closely with the client as a core part of its legal function. Although this is a dedicated team, you will collaborate with the UK employment department and benefit from their training.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing volume litigation, primarily unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. You will be supported in taking full ownership of some key requirements and transactions, especially with the use of technological solutions, giving you direct responsibility for high-profile aspects. This role is ideal for candidates with employment tribunal experience.

You will have the opportunity to lead junior team members and demonstrate best practices in managing litigation effectively. The department values teamwork and excellent client management.

Due to the client focus and team structure, the role offers flexible working hours and is based remotely.
