A dynamic legal firm in Leeds is looking for a newly or recently qualified Solicitor to join their Employment Team. This hybrid role involves managing your own caseload, advising on employment issues for trade unions and individual clients across various sectors. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly or recently qualified Solicitor to join my clients Employment Team in their Leeds offices on a hybrid basis.
My client's firm is dynamic, forward-thinking and puts expertise and client service at the forefront of everything it does. That's why my client are trusted by some of the largest trade unions and associations in the country.
Following a thorough onboarding process, the successful candidate will have their own caseload involving advising on and pursuing employment and industrial relations issues in the tribunals and courts for trade union and professional association members, as well as private individual clients.
Your caseload will cover a variety of business sectors across a range of industries including rail/transport, manufacturing, education, health, public sector, sport and the music industry, and you will be dealing with clients at all levels of seniority.
