We are instructed on an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Principal Associate (4+ PQE) employment solicitor to join a leading national practice. This role sits within a highly regarded employment team recognised for its expertise in the education sector, advising universities, colleges, schools, academies, and private providers on a wide range of complex and high‑profile matters.

The successful candidate will advise on non‑contentious employment issues such as restructures, mergers, collaborations, and international projects, as well as contentious matters including tribunal claims, industrial relations, senior terminations, equality and discrimination, and whistleblowing. You will also have the opportunity to deliver client training and contribute to sector‑focused business development initiatives, working alongside a collaborative team of specialists.

This opportunity is available across the firm’s UK regional offices in Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Cambridge, Cardiff, and Newcastle, offering flexibility on location alongside a hybrid working model.
