Job summary

A leading boutique law firm in Leeds is seeking a mid-level Employment Solicitor to join their thriving Employment & Pensions practice. The role involves a full range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters, including the management of cases and supporting partners on complex issues. Ideal candidates will have around 4-5 years of PQE in Respondent Employment Law, with opportunities to engage in Pension work. Competitive applications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' PQE in Respondent Employment Law.
• Experience in handling Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Ability to manage own caseload and assist partners.

This boutique national firm is looking to hire a mid‑level Employment Solicitor to join its thriving Employment & Pensions practice in Leeds.

• Full range of contentious and non contentious Respondent Employment matters, to include TUPE, restructures and conduct of ET litigation up to hearing stage
• Interesting client base of over 200 registered providers of social housing, together with an increasing number of corporate clients
• London quality work in the regions
• Opportunity to also get involved in some Pensions work if this is of interest
• Own caseload as well as supporting the Partners on major complex matters
