Employment Solicitor - Join a Leading Law Firm in the East of England. Location: East of England (Hybrid options available). Department: Dispute Resolution. Experience Level: 5+ Years PQE. Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Job Type: Full-time or Part-time. We are working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in the East of England, known for its collaborative team culture, client-first approach, and broad range of legal services. Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, advising both employers and employees on:
  • Redundancy and unfair dismissal
  • Employment tribunal litigation
  • Discrimination and parental rights
  • Employment contracts and HR policies
  • Settlement agreements
  • Tribunal claims
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in Employment Law.
  • Confident handling your own caseload independently.
  • Commercially astute with a strong focus on client service.
  • Comfortable with business development and contributing to the growth of the Employment and Dispute Resolution offering.
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a firm that celebrates success and supports its people.
