Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Employment Mentor to join our team. In this role, you will provide intensive one-to-one mentoring to participants on our employment programme, helping them to overcome barriers, build employability skills, and secure meaningful, sustained work.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored mentoring and coaching, supporting participants to overcome barriers to employment and sustain progress in work.
• Manage a caseload, recruiting and retaining participants, building positive relationships, and creating effective support plans.
• Deliver outreach interventions and community-based support, ensuring flexibility and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the Employer Liaison Officer to achieve and sustain employment outcomes.
• Contribute to programme development, triage, and referral processes, including occasional unsocial hours as required.
