Overview

Employment Law Solicitor | 3 PQE+ | £50k - £60k | Fully Remote | Boutique Firm | Strong Growth Plans

I'd like to speak with an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE, for an opportunity offering genuine autonomy, high-quality work, and the chance to shape a growing practice.

Responsibilities

You’ll advise employers across a broad range of employment law matters, while also supporting the corporate team on transactions involving TUPE, due diligence, and employee issues linked to business sales. The role combines managing your own caseload with developing strong client and introducer relationships, while playing a key role in growing the department.

Role details

This is a permanent, fully remote position, with the team meeting bi-monthly near Bristol. You’ll be joining a close-knit boutique firm of 8 people, working directly with the Managing Director and senior colleagues. The environment is personable, with a flat structure, a collaborative culture, and plenty of support.

Requirements

You’ll need up-to-date knowledge of employment law and legislation, experience in corporate support work, and the confidence to deliver pragmatic, straightforward advice. You’ll need to be clear, articulate, and able to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Benefits

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary alongside excellent benefits including generous holiday entitlement and private medical cover.
