What You’ll Do
  • ✅ Develop, update, and implement employment policies ensuring compliance with UK labour laws and international regulations.
  • ✅ Conduct audits of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • ✅ Advise HR & leadership on UK employment law.
  • ✅ Draft and update policies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • ✅ Lead investigations and support employee relations.
  • ✅ Collaborate with HR on employment-related claims, litigation, and regulatory inquiries.
  • ✅ Deliver training and monitor compliance trends.
What You’ll Need
  • ✔ UK-qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience.
  • ✔ Strong knowledge of employment law, HR laws and regulations.
  • ✔ International exposure (private practice or in-house).
  • ✔ Experience in investigations, employee relations, settlements & drafting employment contracts and policies.
