Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience of supporting people to obtain or keep work.
• Proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.
• Proactive approach to engaging with participants and sourcing potential referrals.

Responsibilities

• Delivering employment support to participants alongside health treatments.
• Working intensively with a maximum caseload of 25 participants.
• Assisting participants to obtain and sustain employment consistent with their goals.
• Meeting performance targets for referrals and job starts.
