Employment Associate / Senior Associate - 4+ PQE - Bristol

Chadwick Nott have been instructed to recruit an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) for a highly regarded national law firm. This employment team is consistently recognised in the legal directories and is experiencing strong growth across multiple sectors, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join their nationally recognised practice.

This role is suited to lawyers with a broad range of employment law experience, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters. Acting primarily for employers, you will advise on restructures, redundancy processes, employee relations issues, TUPE and transactional work, as well as managing complex litigation.

You will work alongside partners on high-value matters while also running your own caseload. The team has a strong reputation in government, health, housing and commercial services, with growing work in higher education and financial services. Collaboration is key, and you will have the chance to work closely with colleagues across regulatory and commercial teams.
