A leading premium drinks company in Greater London is looking for an Employer Brand Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on developing and implementing employer branding strategies, managing campaigns to attract diverse talent, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the employer brand. Employer Brand Manager - Europe (12 Month FTC)

This is a hands‑on role reporting to the Head of Talent Engagement for the Europe Markets, working on key activities and campaigns to support the attraction of talent for Diageo. You’ll love building relationships, working collaboratively, uncover challenges and useful insights that help you come up with creative solutions that innovate.
From channel strategy, content planning and creation, to devising communications and running campaigns, you’ll manage employer brand activity that helps to build our employer brand and reputation with diverse audiences across our European markets. You’ll understand the power of advocacy and storytelling, and your knowledge of the talent space ensures you prioritize penetrating key candidate moments with the right content in the right format at the right moment, increasing conversion at every stage of quality diverse talent.
