Location: Manchester

Salary up to £47,150

Duration: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with extensive employee relations case management experience, excellent employment law knowledge, and the ability to advise and coach managers on employee relations issues.

In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative team, handling employee relations casework including disciplinaries and dismissals, and managing Employment Tribunals. You will provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and contribute to strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.

The role is office-based four days a week with one day remote work.
