National Employee Relations Consultant

Salary: £47,000 (pro rata’d) plus benefits

Hours: Part-time (minimum 20 hours across 4 or 5 days)

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert ER advice and support to SME clients across multiple sectors

  • Deliver consultancy projects and contribute to sales and marketing strategies

Candidate – Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in HR management, ideally across various sectors
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small, supportive team
