Job description
Overview

MFT Patient and Staff wellbeing services provide specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues to MFT employees, managers and external clients. The EHW Service is a multidisciplinary team based across locations, comprising OH Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and OH Physiotherapists. Working with the Service Support team, the service aims to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity.

We are currently recruiting an Admin support member to join our team while completing an Apprenticeship in Level 2 or 3 Business Administrator, depending on experience. You will be fully integrated within the service, working with EHW colleagues at various locations across the MFT sites including Wythenshawe, Oxford Road, North Manchester, Withington and Trafford.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of the EHW generic email inbox in a timely manner and within agreed service level agreements, categorising queries to the appropriate team.
  • Deal promptly with a wide range of enquiries from internal and external customers, orally or in writing, and escalate unresolved issues to the line manager as they arise.
