We are recruiting for an Employability Skills Trainer to join a well-established, award‑winning training provider and college, rated Good with Outstanding features by Ofsted. This organisation is renowned for its supportive culture, staff wellbeing, and excellent learner outcomes. They deliver a wide range of government‑funded programmes, including Traineeships and Employability qualifications, and are now expanding their team.
As an Employability Skills Trainer, you will deliver engaging, classroom‑based training across a variety of Level 1 subjects, including:
You will support and motivate learners – many of whom are unemployed or from ESOL backgrounds – guiding them towards positive progression. Delivery will take place across multiple centres in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas (including Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire) and may include remote sessions via Teams and online platforms.
