Your impact:

• Lead and Mentor: Supervise a team of Employment Advisors, guiding them to success through regular coaching, performance reviews, and support.
• Performance Management: Ensure your team meets performance, compliance, and quality KPIs across all employment services.
• Client Engagement: Oversee client progress, ensuring tailored support for each individual on their employment journey.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with employers, Job Centres, training providers, and community organisations.
• In-Work Support: Manage post-employment support to help clients stay in work and thrive.
• Data and Compliance: Ensure accurate client records and adherence to legal and contractual standards.
• Promote Services: Advocate for Get Set UK's values across external partnerships and the local community.
