Role and Responsibilities

At Samsung, we challenge ourselves and the status quo to change the world. Our environment is fast paced and our rotational graduate roles will provide a wealth of opportunities throughout the 2 year programme as you are fully immersed in a variety of different roles.

This programme aims to create well-rounded individuals that will have wide exposure across our business. Each rotation will provide different opportunities and challenges and will help you discover which one is the best fit your future career aspirations. By working across a number of divisions, you will gain a breadth of experience and knowledge of our business, providing you with a strong foundation to progress your career at Samsung following the Graduate programme.

Your journey could look like:

• 8 Months in our Mobile Team – Supporting the Smartphone and/or Accessories Product Managers to create, coordinate and deliver our targets through the Product Plan in our direct and indirect channel partners.
• 8 Months in our Digital Appliances Team – Supporting one of our DA product categories (Refrigeration, Washing Machines, Floorcare etc), analysing sell-out figures, monitoring & reporting on competitor strategy & market trends.
• 8 Months in our TVAV Team - Gaining a deep understanding of Samsung's TV and audio products. Contribute to product launches and promotional strategies that drive market share.

In each rotation, you will be required to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships. The network you build throughout your graduate rotations will be invaluable to you when navigating our complex business.

Each rotational graduate role will rotate across different business divisions. Above is provided as an example.

Location

The majority of our opportunities are based in Chertsey, Surrey. Our Head Office is located in beautiful grounds, and within easy reach of London, just outside the M25. Our on-site restaurant serves a wide range of delicious meals, including South Korean and Western options.
