Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years lending experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal team at an investment bank.
• Licensed lawyer in good standing for the jurisdiction where the position is based.
• Familiar with LMA-based lending documentation and drafting contracts.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively support business groups across EMEA by structuring and advising on transactions.
• Liaise with business teams and Legal to maintain documentation standards and policies.
• Provide training to the business and other control functions.
• Participate in Legal and firm-wide projects.
