Qualifications

• 10+ years of working experience following tertiary education.
• Ability to communicate complex technical problems to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing telephone-based technical support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction and manage service delivery.
• Onboard clients to the Charles River FIX Network.
• Manage onboarding and support teams.
